Sean Julian

Sean is an award-winning writer and illustrator, currently living in Bristol with his girlfriend, their daughter and their cockapoo.

Over his career he has worked on lots of fun and exciting projects, with many talented and supportive editors, designers, writers and publishers. Something that he hopes will continue for many years to come.

Sean uses both traditional and modern mediums in his work and likes to create books that have humour and heart at their core. His books have been translated into many different languages and published all over the world.

In 2019 ‘The Worry Box’ written by Suzanne Chiew and published by Little Tiger Press jointly won the Healthy & Happy category of the Teach Early Years Awards. In 2023 ‘The Huddle’ published by Oxford University Press won the best picture book at the Sheffield Children’s Book Awards.
